Everything you need to know about Pet Care With Nina. Can't find what you're looking for? Feel free to reach out!

I go beyond the basics to make sure your pets feel loved, safe, and cared for:

  • Lots of cuddles and attention — I treat your pets as if they were my own
  • Photos and detailed summaries — After every service, you'll receive updates with the cutest photos
  • GPS walk tracking with potty reports — Know exactly how the walk went
  • Training practice and mental stimulation — I incorporate training and enrichment during walks and visits
  • Fresh water and clean up — Water bowls refreshed and any messes cleaned during every visit
  • Paw cleaning and towel drying — After wet walks, I make sure paws are clean before going back inside
  • Brushing if needed — Quick brushing sessions to keep your pet looking and feeling great
  • Tidy home guarantee — I leave your home as tidy (or tidier!) than I found it

Overnights are only available to long-term clients (6 months or more). This policy exists for safety and familiarity — I want to make sure I know your pets well and they're comfortable with me before staying overnight. This ensures the best possible experience for both you and your pets.

If you're interested in overnight care in the future, let's start with regular walks or drop-in visits to build that relationship!

Just communicate any cancellations as early as possible.

If you have multiple dogs, absolutely! I'm happy to walk them together during the same visit.

However, I don't mix dogs from different households on the same walk — each client gets my full, undivided attention. The exception is if dogs from different families have already met and are friendly with each other, in which case we can arrange group walks.

Yes! I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals:

  • Cats
  • Guinea pigs
  • Rabbits
  • Fish
  • Turtles
  • Farm animals (sheep, turkeys, chickens, pigs)

I'm always excited to learn and am happy to care for animals not listed here. Just let me know what pets you have, and we can discuss their care during our meet and greet!

I'm experienced with pets who have special needs, including:

  • Senior pets requiring gentle handling
  • Pets with anxiety or behavioral concerns
  • Medication administration
  • Mobility limitations
  • Dietary restrictions and feeding schedules

During our meet and greet, we'll discuss your pet's unique needs in detail so I can provide the best possible care.

A meet and greet is a free, no-obligation visit where I come to your home to:

  • Meet you and your pets in person
  • Learn about your pet's personality, routines, and preferences
  • Get familiar with your home and any special instructions
  • Answer any questions you have about my services
  • Ensure we're a good fit for each other

This helps your pet feel comfortable with me before the first service and gives you peace of mind.

Communication is a priority! After every visit, you'll receive:

  • Photo updates — Adorable pictures of your pet
  • Detailed summaries — What we did, how your pet behaved, and any notes
  • GPS walk tracking — See exactly where we went
  • Potty reports — So you know everything went smoothly

Text message is my main form of communication for updates and check-ins. I'm also always available via phone if you have questions or prefer to chat!

We'll arrange secure access to your home during our meet and greet. Common options include:

  • Providing a spare key
  • Using a lockbox
  • Sharing a garage or door code

Your home security is important to me, and all keys and codes are kept confidential and secure.

I walk in most weather conditions! If it's rainy, please kindly provide a towel for me to wipe the dogs off after a walk. Sometimes a walk will be switched to a visit if I feel it's necessary for safety.

If temperatures drop below 20°F, I only offer visits instead of walks — cold weather like that can have many negative effects on dogs. Your pet's safety always comes first!
